One name, two meanings
文傳聲視
The familiar phrase 門前成市 describes people gathering before a gate. MUNSENSI gives that old name a new meaning: 文傳聲視—carrying stories and ideas through sound and images, across time and generations.
We translate writing into new media and forms.
Scattered records become a complete work.
The world within the text unfolds before our eyes.
文傳聲視 carries stories forward, and 門前成市 gathers people around them again.
02 · SYMBOL STORY
A book bound with pixels
The outer square is a book and an archive. The spine on the left preserves the physical memory of binding. The inner squares are type, manuscript grids, and digital pixels at once.

The vermilion pixel, tilted slightly outward at the lower right, captures the moment when text once held within books and digital devices expands into sound, images, and film—and travels into the world. It also recalls a traditional seal and the thread that closes a binding: the final point that completes a story, and the signature of MUNSENSI.

Writing is heard when it meets voice and sound, and becomes visible when it meets images and scenes. A story that begins in words meets new people through different media and continues into another world. The name MUNSENSI carries stories born in Korea beyond languages and borders.
